Shrimp Fried Rice
◦½ onion, chopped
◦½ cup sliced mushrooms
◦½ teaspoon minced garlic
◦4 oz frozen shrimp
◦1 cup cooked rice
◦nsa chicken broth for sautéing
Sauté onion and mushrooms in chicken broth until tender. Add garlic and shrimp and steam until shrimp are done. Stir in rice and heat through.
