Easy Spinach and Chicken Bake
◦4-5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
◦1 medium onion
◦nsa Italian seasoning, to taste
◦garlic powder, to taste
◦16 oz bag frozen nsa spinach
◦28 oz canned nsa diced tomatoes
Line a 9X13 roasting pan with 4-5 chicken breasts. Then chop up the onion and add to chicken, liberally sprinkle on Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Add frozen spinach, top with a can of no-salt added diced tomatoes. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
Serve with your choice of a carb for a complete meal. I prefer brown rice.
