Skillet Scramble
◦browned and crumbled turkey sausage (see Breakfast Recipes, this forum or your
recipe cards)
◦peeled and shredded potato
◦diced onion to taste
◦1/8 cup water
Measure out your allotted amount of sausage and potato. Put into a small, non-stick skillet that has a lid. Add onion and water. Cook, covered until potatoes are cooked through. Remove lid and continue cooking until potatoes are browned.
