Skillet Cabbage
◦½ head green cabbage (or more if you like)
◦14 oz can nsa vegetable broth
◦black pepper
◦fresh spices of your choice, such as dill or parsley. Dried spices will work also.
◦1-2 tablespoons nsa tomato paste or just squeeze and use fresh tomatoes (optional)
Cut cabbage into small pieces. Pour broth into deep skillet or pan. Bring to a boil and add cabbage, tomato paste, and spices. Cover pan (very important) and cook in juices for about 10-15 minutes, stirring once or twice.
