Good Morning Pumpkin Custard Pie

Note: Due to the large amount of carbs in this meal, this recipe is recommended for use as a pre-workout meal only.

◦1 can pumpkin (canned, unsweetened is fine)

◦4 egg whites

◦lots of pumpkin pie spice

◦Splenda to taste

◦1/8 teaspoon vanilla, or to taste

◦dribble of water

Stir up vigorously and bake it in the oven at 350 for about 30 minutes.

(As Pre-Workout Meal)
