Coating for Chicken, Turkey or Fish

◦2 cups dehydrated onions, about 5 oz

◦½ teaspoon black pepper

◦½ teaspoon ground sage

◦1 teaspoon dried rosemary

◦1 teaspoon dried coriander

◦1 teaspoon dried thyme

◦½ teaspoon dried oregano

◦½ teaspoon paprika

◦¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes

◦2 bay leaves, crushed

Put onions in food processor or mini chopper, process for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients and process for 30 seconds. Store in an airtight container.
