Catalina Dressing
◦1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon (4 teaspoons) extremely finely minced red onion
◦1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
◦2- 8 oz cans nsa tomato sauce
◦¼ cup apple cider vinegar
◦1½ teaspoon garlic powder
◦1-2 tablespoons Splenda, according to taste
Mix and enjoy, even better the next day. Should keep about a week, refrigerated.
