“Honey” Mustard Salad Dressing/Dip

Note: Why are those little red asterisks next to the wine when you've seen wine listed in our recipes at least a kajillion times before without the asterisks? It's because it's not cooked. If you were making a recipe where the wine were cooked (and what little alcohol content in it, presumably cooked out) this would be a non-issue. But since the recipe isn't cooked, I'll need to ** the wine.

◦¼ cup Westbrae Natural Stoneground Mustard No Salt

◦1-2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, or to taste

◦1-2 tablespoons nsa chicken broth, water or white wine **

◦2 teaspoons Brown Sugar Twin (or 1-2 packets of Splenda) ◦½ teaspoon onion powder

◦pinch or two of fresh ground black pepper

Whisk all above ingredients together and enjoy. For best results, refrigerate or let sit for at least a half-hour.

** ingredient is not recommended for use during the reduction phase of program. See "General Food and Cooking" FAQ for more detail.
