Blueberry Muffins
Note: In addition to the meals listed below, if working out afterwards, all body types may enjoy this as part of preworkout breakfast, morning or afternoon snack. The use of ground oat flour may cause one to lose slowly, or for progress to stop.
◦¼ cup oatmeal, ground into flour in food processor, blender or coffee grinder
◦¼ teaspoon baking powder**
◦2 egg whites
◦½ -1 tablespoon Splenda, to taste
◦¼ - ½ cup blueberries
Mix all ingredients together; add a splash of water if necessary. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. You may need to cook the muffins an extra minute or two. Note: Fruit may be left out if not allowed.
