Although it's possible that different products may have different equivalencies, these are the conversions we normally use with our recipes:

2 tablespoons of pasteurized egg white = one egg white.
2 teaspoons egg white powder = one egg white.

We consider each egg white to be the equivalent of one ounce of protein.

When interpreting the conversion information on product labels be sure to read the wording carefully. For example, "1/3 cup pasteurized egg white = 2 eggs" is telling you that 1/3 cup of the product equals the equivalent of 2 whole eggs, rather than 2 egg whites.
