Banana Pudding
Note: Each member is responsible for consulting his or her Fast Track Card to determine the proper quantity of banana allowed for each meal. Fruit B requirements may be different depending upon the meal at which it's consumed, so be sure to pay special attention.◦¼ cup banana
◦pasteurized egg white equivalent of 2 egg whites (¼ cup)
◦cinnamon to taste
◦Splenda to taste
Cut banana into pieces and put into a small bowl with a tablespoon or so of water and microwave for about one minute. Put this and the other ingredients into a blender and puree. This can also be microwaved for thirty seconds to set the mixture.
