Baked Tofu

◦on-plan soy sauce substitute (see Condiments Section, this forum)
Cut tofu into 1 oz portions, sprinkle soy sauce substitute. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-60 minutes depending on crispness desired. Store in refrigerator.
