Eggplant Chips
◦1 teaspoon cumin
◦1 teaspoon coriander
◦1 teaspoon chili powder
◦1 teaspoon dill
◦2 teaspoons garlic powder
◦1 eggplant
Mix seasonings together, slice an eggplant thinly. Cut large slices into quarters. Press eggplant into seasoning mix. Bake at 350-400 in oven until cooked to desired texture (you can have them moist and juicy, or crisp and crunchy - whichever you prefer).
