Chunky Chili
◦1 lb ground turkey or chicken breast
◦1 yellow pepper, chopped
◦1 red pepper, chopped
◦1 small onion
◦4-8 oz mushrooms (optional)
◦2 (14.5 oz) cans nsa diced tomatoes
◦1 (6 oz) can nsa tomato paste
◦1 (14 oz) can nsa broth (beef or chicken)
◦Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle seasoning, to taste
◦nsa chili powder, to taste
Brown meat in large pan/skillet. Add veggies to sauté. Add tomato, tomato paste, and broth. Simmer for 5-10 minutes (however much time you have). Add seasoning to taste (I actually add mine in the browning stage to get the flavor into the food while cooking). Measure out your serving and enjoy!
