Tuna Salad
◦1 can nsa tuna packed in water
◦unseasoned rice vinegar, to taste
◦balsamic vinegar, to taste
◦finely chopped green onions
◦finely chopped celery
◦lemon juice, to taste
◦McCormick's Salt-Free Garlic & Herbs Seasoning
◦freshly ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients, refrigerate for several hours. Serve over lettuce.
