Delicious Orange Roughy
◦Orange Roughy fillets
◦1 small bottle white wine, about 6 oz.
◦several garlic cloves, minced
◦grated fresh ginger
Combine wine, garlic and ginger. Add fish and marinate overnight, turning a couple times. Preheat a nonstick skillet on medium heat for two minutes. Add fish and cook for 6-7 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
