Shrimp Scampi
◦1 large clove garlic, pressed
◦½ lb large shrimp, peeled and de-veined
◦1 tablespoon dry white wine (optional, or use nsa chicken broth)
◦1 teaspoon lemon juice
◦1 teaspoon minced parsley
◦1 pinch oregano
◦pepper, to taste
In a large skillet on medium high heat, stir in the garlic and add shrimp sautéing until just pink, about 3 minutes. Add the wine, lemon juice, parsley, oregano, and pepper; simmering until just heated through.
