Leftover Turkey Chili

◦3 cups cooked skinless turkey breast, cut into pieces

◦1 medium onion, chopped

◦1 cup pinto beans, cooked and drained (Note: If using canned beans, be sure to look for a nsa brand such as Eden Foods, which can be found in health-oriented markets or online.)

◦1 tablespoon garlic powder

◦1 tablespoon nsa chili powder

◦1 teaspoon cumin powder

◦1 teaspoon mustard powder

◦2 ribs celery, chopped

◦2 cups nsa chicken broth

◦1 cup uncooked brown rice

◦6 oz canned nsa tomato paste

◦8 oz canned nsa tomato sauce

Combine all ingredients in a pot. Cover and simmer. Stir occasionally until rice is tender, about 45 minutes.
