Shredded Chicken Spanish Rice

◦2 lbs. cooked chicken breast, shredded

◦3 (6 oz) cans nsa tomato paste

◦2 cups uncooked rice

◦3 small onions, chopped

◦3 fresh jalapeño peppers, chopped (Note: Always wear gloves when handling chiles and be sure to keep your hands away from your eyes!)

◦nsa chili powder, to taste

◦garlic powder, to taste

◦ground cumin, to taste

◦ground red pepper (cayenne), to taste

◦4-5 cups of water

Mix all ingredients in crock pot, cook all day on Low (about 8 hours.) Very delicious.
