You'll see the designation NSA (no salt added) on a lot of ingredients. This doesn't mean the ingredient is sodium-free; it means it contains no added salt in the ingredients. Most of the foods we eat contain a quantity of natural sodium so it's possible for even NSA products to show sodium content listed in the nutritional information on the label. For that reason, we suggest you check the INGREDIENT LISTING on your products. If it doesn't show the word "salt" it's nsa.
